Inspired by a genuine decluttering effort, Heather’s Junk Drawer highlights trash, treasures, and the songs they inspire. Maybe Heather will get more organized right before your very eyes! Or... maybe not!
Heather has performed Junk Drawer at Hudson Valley Improv's Secret Open Mic (Highland, NY), Boughton Place (Highland, NY), Happier Valley Comedy (Hadley, MA), The PIT (NYC), and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (NYC).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Dave Kitchen Quintet
Known for many years in the Capital Region as Kitchen Jazz, the band takes its name from guitarist Dave Kitchen as well as the location of its start: the kitchen at Schenectady's Moon & River Cafe. Featuring drummer Norm Ainslie, bassist Jim Connelly, pianist, Peter Van Keuren, and vocalist Heather E. Schwartz, the band brings an eclectic mix of jazz, pop classics, Great American Songbook standards, alt-rock, and more!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
