Webinar/Workshop: Tame Your Stage Fright!
My journey with stage fright stretches back to childhood—but over the past decade, I've turned my anxiety into confidence, joyfully presenting as an author and performing comedy, music, and solo shows at venues such as NYC's The PIT, UCB Theatre, and more.
Now I help others gain confidence in their public speaking skills through Tame Your Stage Fright! This session combines lived experience, research, and practical tools to help creatives manage nerves and actually enjoy conference presentations, school visits, media interviews, and other public appearances.
Tame Your Stage Fright! is offered as a webinar or in-person workshop and covers:
· Tools to manage the physical symptoms of anxiety
· Mindset shifts that reduce fear
· Practical preparation techniques that increase confidence
· Strategies for personalizing the support people need
There's a lot you can do to tame your stage fright—and no reason to put off feeling better about your next upcoming presentation. Let's chat!

Heather E. Schwartz is a performer and author with decades of experience in front of audiences large and small. She has appeared on E! Finding the Girls of Leesburg Stockade
Throughout the summer of 1963, record numbers of young people in Americus, Georgia, were arrested for joining the Civil Rights Movement. As the local jail filled up, more than 30 girls, ages 11 to 16, disappeared when authorities took them to an out-of-town stockade where their families couldn't find them.
Heather E. Schwartz, author of Locked Up for Freedom: Civil Rights Protesters at the Leesburg Stockade, discusses the brutal conditions at the makeshift jail, how the girls were found and freed, and how she found survivors willing to share their stories.
Online or in-person, includes visuals via PowerPoint presentation.
"Heather Schwartz is a true journalist. Her slide presentation reveals the detailed, step-by-step process she embarked upon that ultimately revealed the true nature of this horrific crime. Heather's book sheds light on the incarceration of innocent young girls, a tragic part of our history that sadly, until now, too few people knew about." - Diane Forden
